As one of the area’s most established agents, Tim Singer has built a stellar reputation based on it. Primarily serving Fort Lauderdale and the surrounding area, Tim has over 35 years of experience in the luxury real estate market, providing his clients with top-tier, white-glove service.
Born and raised in Shaker Heights, Ohio, Tim grew up in a large, yet tight-knit family. In spite of the fact they live in all corners of the world, they have managed to stay connected to one another. He has been a full-time real estate agent since 1987 and a longtime resident of the Fort Lauderdale area for over 35 years. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Tim worked as a hotel bartender, where he was encouraged to meet a Coldwell Banker broker from the Las Olas office. After meeting with his new broker, Tim juggled his real estate career and bartending job until he garnered enough business to become a full-time agent. Going to that office turned out to be one of the best decisions he ever made, since that meeting turned into one of the most rewarding careers he could ever imagine. Over time, Tim has managed to build a phenomenal real estate team, focused on serving the needs of their clients above all else.
As a longtime agent and veteran of the business, Tim is proud to have built a long-lasting, well-established real estate career. He has accomplished this not only through the big tasks, such as selling his clients’ listings for top-dollar and implementing top-tier marketing plans, but through the little acts, such as following through on all of his promises, promptly returning phone calls and texts, and showing up for appointments on schedule. It’s these small acts that have built the foundation of a strong, lasting relationship built on mutual trust and respect.
As a luxury-focused real estate group, Tim and his team sell high-end homes, averaging $1.2 million dollars or higher. Tim specializes in working with high-end buyers and sellers of luxury Florida real estate, namely in the Fort Lauderdale area. Including successfully closing sales in Naples and The Florida Keys, his geographical areas include Fort Lauderdale, Wilton Manors, Plantation, Parkland, Coral Springs, Weston, Miami, Miami Beach, and Boca Raton.
Tim was a founding board member of The Pride Center at Equality Park
and is vice chair for Master Brokers Forum Gold Coast chapter of which he is also a founding member.
When he isn’t facilitating high-end real estate transactions, you can find Tim gardening, cycling, paddleboarding, and traveling the world to visit his family.
